Title: juice and antibiotics?

just went to the doctors and i have strep throat. i heard its not good to take antibiotics cause itll cancel out the juice. is that the truth?

You'll be fine. Just take a break from training until you're healed.

no it wont, but you should just chill on the workouts till you feel better.

No problem. The key is going to be making sure you're well before training again. Strep throat is nothing to play with.

antibiotics will do nothing for a viral infection like strep, so stay on the juice and dont take the antibiotics and let it run its course. Most viruses have a life span of about 7-10 days just man up and it will be over soon.

Strep is a bacterial infection. But you are correct that antibiotics will not work for viruses.
