Will the floors be reinforced for those a trifle on the heavy side?
That metroflex doesn't look nearly scruffy enough, throw some dirt around and mud against the walls after it's set up.

i have family there. what type of membership volume would he need for that gym? it looks better than the 24fit s##t i'm in now...but will he be pressed against those other clubs? that arlington one looks like a s##t hole place with low overhead. i'll definitely hit the weights when i'm in town.

He is smart by using used equipment (everything i see there is used from the models on the cardio and the designs of the strength).
It all looks clean and refurbed pretty good.
