Thanks,
She hates that pic saying she looks stoned (one of my favorites) ! Very proud of her that after blessing me with two kids and at 37 looking like that. Motivates my fat ass to train.

she looks fuckin awesome for any age, being 37 just makes it so much more impressive.
u mind outlining the diet on here bro?? whatcha eating everyday?

I am in the early stages of the diet so I have lots of combos for options.
Protiens are lean beef, chicken, some fish at this point, shakes.
Carbs are generally oatmeal, yams, rice, some fruit, broccolli, grits, potatoes, ect.
I am still around 14 weeks out so I am eating 6-7 meals with approx. 35g protien each, and tapering down 300g carbs daily with each meal. Nothing fancy at this point, just cleaning it up and making sure to keep my intake up. For me, at 8 weeks out it gets very strict and carbs are watched close, pretty much just yams, rice, veggies and oats. Red meat gets less and less and replaced with more fish. Simple but I have found it works for me.

I did that for the longest time, the bloated look may give you more power in the gym, but I dont' think you carry anymore muscle opposed to staying lean year round.

hang in there..lookin great!

Ok, 8 weeks out update and all is good so far. I am down 16 lbs at 207 as of today and right where I want to be. About a lb a week from here on in and then the H2O fun starts.....should be in the 190-195 range when it is over. It sure gets tougher as you get older !
-
how tall are you, has beens?
