Am I right in thinking that all the super lean guys that eat whatever they like just have super fast metabolisms?
so my quesiton.....is fat loss simply a result of a heightened metabolism?
So when i am dieting, i should aim to get my metabolism running as fast as possible? rather than trying to carefully micro manage my macronutrients?
the more meals the better? eating until i am not quite full at each meal? every couple of hours?
Basically i wanan know if my aim should be to increase my metabolism, rather than focusing on certain amounts of carbs, proteins and fats.

Intense exercise is the only thing that's going to have a major impact on your metabolic rate. So yes, try to keep your metabolism going by exercising intensely.
The lean guys who eat whatever they want, are just genetically LUCKY AS SHIT... Don't try to compare yourself with them. There's no point...
