Bob how is the gym doing during this 'economic recession', i hear the trainers at my gym complain that the New Years resolution crowd and new sign ups weren't as plentiful as years prior.

It is like 6 weeks away and apparently you have never tried to get a good hotel this close to going. If you are traveling and yet to get a good one, Good Luck finding a nice hotel!!! There are always plenty of Ratty hotels but who wants to sleep in a ratty hotel???

So nope not early at all especially if you are traveling a good distance to get there.
