I gotta chance to buy a lot of protein (Prolab Advanced Whey Protein) at an unreal price. It expires in 9 months. It is not for me but to resell. I figure most people buy their protein and consume it easily within a month or two after buying it so the expiration date won't matter much. Is this true or is this protein losing benefits by being so close to the expiration date.

Nine months. Should be fine to resell. If I buy a "jug" of protein powder it's usually gone within three months.
-
Thats what I figure. Most people buy it and use it easily within a couple months unless they stock up on it
-
What happens when it "expires?"
I've got some old, old powder around here!
-
It's fine

Shit, I've used a protein months after is has expired.
And I'm still alive to tell about it :D

Now, that's pushing it.
Try it out, and if you post again, we'll know you lived thru it! :D

If it hasn't been opened, and kept at a constant temperature, then it might be okay. Smell would be a dead giveaway. Forget it if it's been opened.

GNC sold 2 lb. jugs 1 month before the expiration date for dirt cheap. I'm still here ;D ;D
