Aldactone has been shown to cause gyno in some people. It's also a very good anti androgenic drug. Women can use it while on a cycle to reduce virilization (sp check). It can also reverse some of the minor changes that androgenic drugs cause for women. It's actually not a very good diuretic. All it does is block sodium reabsorbtion.

no it shouldent take so long, just make sure u do a lot of cock sucking exercis and man-juice swallowing for extra protein

Hard to tell, actually. His photo looks like was taken inside a closet. Not exactly m&f studio conditions with airbrush edting stuff.

Agreed.

M&F is about 50% photoshop. It's really ridiculous, even if you look at the cover pics and then the pics in the articles.

Coverpics = good body + lighting + make-up + photoshop = great body.
