can someone tell me what they do, is there a product (legal) that helps with definition? vascularity?

nitric oxide pre workout supplements help increase blood floow and create larger pumps in the msucle. this expands the sarcoplasm and stretches the muscle out. it increases nutrient absorbtion, hormone interaction, and waste disposal in the muscle. they also enourage more intense workouts with caffiene and other stimulants. most include creatihne as well, which helps with cell volumizing, increased strength and reps, increased hydration.

Basically bro they vasodilator you so you can push more nutrient rich blood into the muscle, through this transportation the products other ingredients like creatine, BCAA, EAA, Waxy Maize, caffeine, etc..... are pushed into the muscle as well as allowing you to achieve a better pump, better endurance, buffer lactic acid and and train more intensely. CTD is in the process of formulating a pre-workout different from the others. But for now Superpump, Supercharge, No-explode, and the new DARK RAGE by MHP is real good.. Taste like death though, but the pump is real good!
