Title: Backstage gossip from the ironman

A little birdy has told me....

Silvio - Full and Shredded, not quite olympia conditioning.
Alves -  Jumped into the show late, may wish he hadn't (soft hams and glutes)
Moe M - Larger than the Olympia, fairly shredded, a little flat
Marcus H - Potential to win. Shredded and Huge, amazing comeback from a torn quad
JJ - Smooth, legs look a little small.

Suprises :

Martin K - Monster, great conditioning (he is using the Palumbo diet for the first time)
Ahmed H - Very good condition

We will have to wait and see. From his recent pics, he looks very good, although not quite conditioned enough to really challenge for top 3.
