Ok.... so his conditioning could be better, and he isnt the biggest guy to ever grace a stage, but his presentation, posing, and structure should have him placing far better then he will/does.
Oh...and he IMO is a much better poser then people like Melvin, Darrem, etc....as he isnt constantly popping/locking and other stupid crap that passes for good posing these days...

If Rusty came to this show in the usual contest condition, he still wouldnt win. They are not kind to Rusty...

Rusty has the kind of body almost everyone would want to have... The IFBB shits on him every year... Sad.
I'd rather look like him than almost everyone else who is guaranteed to place above him.

Yea, I too gotta agree with most of you Rusty fans. In my humble opinion, he looks unbeatable; but that opinion is based on the photos because I've never seen him in a recent contest and also realize that it's pretty damn dumb to judge the contenders by there contest photos.
But answer me this .... has Rusty ever complained on the outcome of any of his contests? I've spoken to him and Mrs Rusty immediately after he lost to Bob and he never offered an adverse comment.
In my opinion, Rusty's attitude is what every non-winner's attitude should be. No bullshit in any format! Just an, "I'll do better next time up there!"
He has my total respect, and all the guy's who beat him too!

I remember after he was screwed over at last years Iron Man....I saw him the next day at Gold's Venice....real class act...didn't complain at all. He also introduced me to his wife, and seemed to be very respectfull overall.
A shame that he keeps getting shit on, (most likely), due to his connections to the gay scene. While people like Tom Prince never suffered for their backroom/paper bag/line-drawing shenanigans.

Sort of...he was a Colt model under the Nom De Plume of "Carl Hardwick." Just solo nude modeling. He also shows up at gay events, selling his pics, dvds etc. His wife even books, manages everything.
Not a big deal IMO....he makes some extra cash from Schmoes. so what...its all on the up and up. Yet the IFBB seems to think that this is bad for business....despite all the (not so secret), garbage that goes on behind the scenes.

If you are going to diet for a show and get down to that level of body fat then WHY IN THE FUK not just diet the rest of the way and get shredded?????? IMO if Rusty came in with Silvios conditioning he wins hands down.
