Lehman CEO sold mansion for $100

Fuld sold $13 million seaside mansion to wife for one-hundred bucks.

can't do that. You still get taxed and appraised on the fair market value. Anything under FMV, and over 10K you pay gift tax on, qhich equates to inheritance taxes.
