my bis have always been a weak point, high inserts, short, shitty muscle bellies i guess..ive been hitting them hard lately and they just dont grow at all. as soon as the pump goes down they just look like normal arms haha. my tris and delts grow, but my bis just dont. after years of lifting i still have less bicep sweep than most guys who train for two weeks. should i kill myslef?

it sucks seeing guys like arnold, larry scott, ronnie, or even guys you know train bis, they blow up, then the next day they are still blown up, with me i train them, they look like they are improving, then the next day it looks like ive never even trained them before

Triceptz. They actually look like they're growing but not as quickly as I'd like. Biceps come very easy for me but I don't want to be all biceps and no tris. I think the training I'm doing now is working, but to think of all the fucking effort I've put into training and eating just to watch everything else develop but my tris. Christ.

haha I used to do that shit when I started training. Dumbbell curls every second day baby!! ;D And it works.

Same here, lol.
I had 1 DB (not a pair, just the 1) in my bedroom and would do curls, concentration curls and i did 1 arm DB rows (i thought they were for biceps, lol)
Those were the days...
