R u retarded, or do you just have no sense of humor at all what a A@@.  I gave a serious reply to your question I'm sorry it's not what you wanted to hear.  The pure fact is no one wants to do what they should do they want a quick medicated way out.  I guess I could have said just try stretching it works or something but as you're an obvious crybaby I'm sure you  would have found something wrong with that too.  Report this ......

does any one know of any supplement,drug,or food that can boost flexibility

nothing short of stretching will increae flexibility.  What areas are you trying to work on?  I'm actually going to start a flexibilty program to do after my regular work out in the gym.

Always stretch AFTER being warmed up - either after your workout or ~10 min. cardio.
