Tonight I learned a new trick.
I can usually eat one big bowl of chicken Voila (a mixture of chicken, broccoli, pasta veggies, add'l cooked chicken, and carrots).
Tonight, i crushed and sprinkled Ritz crackers all over it. Instead of feeling nauseous after finishing the first bowl like usual (broccoli sucks, ya know), I was able to eat a second large bowl. I will now begin adding a few ritz crackers to each meal to see if it helps me to eat more.

After my 4-week binge of shit food, I got over it and stopped buying pie and ice cream.
When you're trying to eat 3500 to 4000 calories daily (using pasta, rice and meat), it's hard!
So little ideas like this help me consume 5 big piles of clean carbs and meat.

For me coffee helps me digest really fast. Another thing is make your days longer. Meaning don't sleep 10-12 hours a day. My biggest meal is after my morning workout. Early lunch. Then small meals every three hours or so? I don't really have a problem with it because I'm around food all day and night.

ritz crackers are the bomb. I have a chicken casserole I like to make with just chicken breast, veg, couple cans of cream of chicken soup and a sleeve of crushed ritz crackers. Not exactly the best carb choice but it does help when the same shit is boring.

I don't think I ever heard this whole story. Someone give me a brief summary of how getting bit by this spider causes someone to gain weight.

Injectable B12 doesn't do shit for appetite.
The drug pizotifen works really well, but it makes you sleep much more than you normally do.
I find the best thing to do is cut out all the junk food, processed food, and eating at restaurants, and start with just protein and veg. You will be very hungry, and you can start adding in carbs and/or fats to build up your appetite.
I would also stay away from protein shakes, they seem to decrease appetite when compared to home cooked beef, chicken, fish, eggs, etc.

Alsi i always eat all my carbs first in a meal. You can always eat the meat, cant always eat the carbs IMO

i mena i gorge so much. i eat all my spicy wedges and brocolli fiorst then can eat the chicken slowly etc and its fine. sometimes stuffing with carbs means i just ont feel hungry

240, this might sound ridiculous, but eat standing up rather than sitting down.
Being in an upright position means your body is less sensitive to the response that tells you you've eaten enough. You should be able to wolf down bigger meals.
(P.S. I wouldn't advise doing this when you're eating out)

Cyproheptadine hydrochloride (Periactin) is cheap way of increasing your appetite. Costs like $4 a pack here in Aus. Increases hunger, and suppresses cortisol too. Does make you want to sleep 10hrs+ a night though, but for most getbiggers that shouldnt be an issue considering you are all retired billionaires

somethings i do:
eating a lot makes you hungry a lot
taking steroids
putting large amount of food in the blender and just drinking it
adding a moderate amount of sauce to dip food in such as ketchup, bbq sauce, salad dressing.
otherwise not really an issue, i'm always hungry. now getting the motivation to prepare a meal, that's another story.
also good call for the poster that said standing up and eating, i never thought of this but i eat standing up a lot and i definitely eat more compared to sitting.

Rob, what's your daily activities like? any intake higher than 3000-3200 seems overkill atm and will only:
- put you off food
- cost you more
- make you fat

i chase a kid around 8 hours... i get skinny very quickly when i don't eat nonstop. I was down to 163 after a bout with the flu a few months back. Seriously... 2 weeks with no lifting and crap food and I was down 25 pounds. Really. it moves that much for me.
