still people complain and moan about genetics
well there is a universal law of physics and there are no exceptions person to person
if we are talking about growth
then its simply all about gravity and time under gravity
sleep is the smallest stimulation obviously
so i ask you experiment eating alot more but of things i will list below, and try to keep track of what time you go to bed and get up, see if you can manipulate it favorably with these foods. remember its key to keep track of how much working out your doing be aware of FLUCTUATIONS WITH SLEEP AND WORKING OUT, lets not be blind to the subtle changes, see if you cant make some radical changes who knows? you might be so against some of these foods just because i am johnny falcon and you hate me, and totally miss out on some true understanding for your own good
like ALOT ofgrape juice and low fat milk and soy milk at late night hours
mid day- have same as above but more junkfood BUT NO SUGAR CAN OR CORNSYRUP HIGH FRUCTOSE junkfood, im talkin like funions goldfish crackers, tator tots, french fries, sugar free cookies ect blackeyed peas with cheese is tasty too
early morning - load it up with heavy foods almost identical to mid day dont forget milk and soy milk have alot of texas toast with cheese its freakin great!!

Seriously Johnny, I think your posts are entertaining and you had a kick ass physique up until 2 years ago. I just fail to see how you can evaluate the effect of whatever diet you are following when you change your theory and your eating every couple of days. I personally am not that big on trying to manipulate the way I look through my diet - I just train my butt off. Perhaps if I was cutting up for a contest, I'd be a bit more stricter with my diet, but even then I wouldn't go about changing it every day - you need to stick with something for a few weeks to see how your body responds.
As far as I'm concerned the way you eat isn't really going to prolong or shorten your life or it's quality by a significant level, as long as you don't go overboard with anything. But we are all different of course. Back when you were DW and you were about 20 - 30 lb heavier, what were you doing different? Were you eating more or were you lifting a lot heavier or is it something else?

oh yeah getting stronger, recovery is slow because im heavier and love to train and paint wallls been getting less sleep because im wired with all the milk and soy milk and goldfish crackers ::)
i usually do 185 bent over rows for one set of 20 then its 10-15 per set for about 12 sets would like to get alot stronger

You misunderstand. When said I don't go overboard with anything, I was talking about my diet, as in I don't eat too much of anything or completely avoiding other foods (apart from the stuff I don't eat cause I don't like it for whatever reason). I don't hold back with my lifting. And say what you want Johnny, you just don't look the way you did back around the time of the first Mr Getbig, although you don't look bad or anything now - just not as impressive as we've seen you look, that's all.

right now im working more at a higher bodyweight.. in the summer i was gettin super tired just working, so i started to eat alot more to work alot more and it works. but my endurance isnt as good but my strenght is up being at a higher bodyweight. i no longer feel like runnin 4-5 miles like i did at 230 pounds but one good 1.5 mile run hard and fast does it. i usually try to get in 100 knuckle pushups with a 100 rows of 185 split up

im 250-255 right now 10-15 pounds heavier than getbig one i may not look great but the mass is there, face it you put too much emphasis on me because im the only one not afraid enough to put myself out there and be ridiculed unlike many who look fat year round and are scared to post new pics or show any change. i stand to be corrected too but most of you cannot

but is a nutrient a nutrient or all vitamins equal?..see there IS a difference there. to put it in short i like my diet to be high in calcium and antioxidants from grapejuice. grapejuice beats all other foods in the antioxidant sense that you can consume in high quantities unlike broccoli wich isnt the easiest thing to eat

nice diversion to avoid pointing out my original point in this thread and focus on the trivial. its much easier to insult then a truthful argument about the statements im making in this thread because you might get proven wrong and potentialy have your feelings hurt
moosejay had the same flesh eating bacteria i had, however mine wasnt as bad it was an open wound that kept getting worse, no fungus, no bacteria, the only explanattion was that it was viral , the culture tests showed up nothing, and it dawned on me the chicken i was eating at the time and i was thinking hard as i was consuming it, and realized i need to try SOMETHING in order for it to heal up. thats when i cut out the meat. and it healed, also it could be simply a coincidence and not related to meat eating, but its still a possibility because meat eating is very acidic on the body, and meat eating like sugars are linked to cancers. i figured id mention it too moosejay because his arm looked horrible

simply logic understanding is something that is very boring for me to spell out and explain to people i wish people would get what im saying out first but sadly they dont, they probably would rather curse at me than learn, but thats the general maturity of the board. takes the fun out of it for me, i can understand now people quick to hate me because it takes them longer to find the logistics in what im saying. fact is most people are slow, there is a good amount of people who are not slow here and the smallest percentage of whom who are not slow lack the ability to elaborate and collaborate and debate with what im saying(atleast this small percentage doesnt choose to regress and hate like the majority when they have no logic at hand to debate anything ive said that doesnt agree with them. id rather just share and hope people are cool enough to collaborate, debate or elaborate on what i said , this will take time for people to get bored of hating and actually come to a higher understanding

Exactly. I recognized this about you quickly. A couple others on the board are like you in this respect as well. You want things to progress, not stagnate, so the slow, logical, repetitive, redundant bullshit makes you bored.
