the guy is Randy Barnes, a world record holder in the shot put during the 80's and 90's, won Olympic Gold in 1996, very strong man, found it pretty cool.

His form on that squat was seriously amazing.


Epic lifting his ass on the bench though, could get himself hurt. I should show him how its done.

Vasyl Virastuk (sp?) was also a world class Shot Putter...represented his country in European championships

Randy threw 75 feet officially and 79 feet in practice, one of the best ever if not THE BEST ever.
