neither,she's out of control and likes everything big and plentiful, and in regards to her shopping habits she's probably an obsessive shopper with no concept of what money really is, and more than likely needs an intervention,rehab and a 12 step program to keep herself from running herself into dept to the point where she eventually finds herself homeless...
