How often can you inject outer triceps with Prop?
-
As often as you can stand it, which for me would mean never. Ouch!
-
Depends on the volume of the gear, the size of your tris, how long are you planning on doing this and how experienced you are. I'd say maybe every 3rd day for a maximum of about 6 weeks (unless you are using) BIG PINS!
PS. Why do you want to do it anyway? It has not been proven anywhere (at least) that i know that it causes better gains than regular injection spots (minus the inflammation). :o

I like the inflamation. My outer tris look awesome when I pin there.

If you've got stacked tri's, you can probably tolerate bi-weekly shots.
It really depends on how large your muscle bellies are.
I prefer biceps to triceps in terms of rotating site injections.
Alot of bros are scared of injecting in to the biceps, but it's just a minor sting........
A certain "asian" MMA friend of mine who lives in Virginia (and shall remain nameless) cried like a bitch when I suggested he try some bi shots.
To each his own, I suppose. ;D

The Bi's was very easly, like Div said, small sting bit very easy, almost painless, As long as you hit the right part of the bicep. Chest is a different story though, that isnt fun, for me anyway

How do you locate the right part of the bicep to inject? Serious question. Is it just the peak?

Check out site injections mate ..they have some good pics that make it easy to hit the right area
-
It really isnt rocket science, flex your biceps, touch the muscle and inject there.
On the frequency thing, no set rules, if you tolerate it well you can do it daily, if it swells up like a tennis ball I wouldnt do it again, not too difficult imo :P

For sure check the site, not difficult just not in the middle, either outside or inside bout four fingers from the bend

The bicep bisects and you try to find where the part is in the muscle belly.
Decide which side you want to inject in.
Make sure you don't hit a vein.
There are also areas on the inside of the arm that you can hit that are easier, but make sure you touch and probe so you don't end up penetrating a nerve or vein.
I've learned my arms enough that I avoid veins and have not experienced any serious issues.
Bicep injections are EASY.
