yea dude put on about 30lbs since my show, and my abs are the same condition if not better as that pic ur talking about.

but im not doing a show anytime in the near future. im only 180lbs right now, so i need to pack on a shitload more size and muscle before i even think about goin on stage again. so until i get about 20lbs or so more muscle i wont be on a bodybuilding stage.

Enjoy! but just remember this, the myth that all ancient Greek women had blonde hair and blue eyes, is just that.... a myth. Some did and some didn't.

And a proper Greek Salad should not include carrots, regardless of whether you are dieting down for a show or not.......

Basically what I am saying is, if you are going to eat Greek salad, do it all the way.....no half ass.
