If you're asking about which actual type of whey protein is better instead of the actual company, read the following from http://www.nutros.com/nsr-0202e.html

Also--->Most of you probably have not heard of what is known as the Vroman effect.  This is how proteins adsorb in blood plasma.  The different type of protein is adsorbed in an certain order depending on its prevalence, albumin being the most prevalent so it is adsorbed first. Just thought you'd like to keep that in mind while looking at these.  WPI is whey protein isolate.

"Ion-exchange: WPI is high in protein but lacks lactoferrin and other important bioactive peptides.

Microfiltration/ultrafiltration: WPI has higher amounts of lactoferrin and other important bioactive peptides but is lower in albumin.

Cross-flow microfiltration: yields a WPI that is undenaturated (uncomprised or undamaged amino acid matrixes) in greater than 90% of the protein and retains all important sub-fractions in natural ratios with little or no fat or lactose. "

Ever tried cent sports? you can bet free money they give you and cash out with a check.  It really works!

ON whey protein is pretty good and i think it yeilds the most protein per serving in its class...it doesnt taste that bad and if you mix it with little water it doesnt bloat you up...mixing it with milk and a little peanut butter makes for a pretty good meal replacement...their vanilla sucks ass taste like shit imo
