Title: Prison strength
Post by: cheftim on February 02, 2009, 10:40:10 AM
Some Big Black Schwoogie Dude was in my gym benching today. Never saw him before. He asked me for a spot on 3 plates on each side. He did it 15 times without me touching the bar. He kept climbing higher and higher. Next set 4 plates for 9. Then 5 plates for 7. Again I didn't touch the bar at all. I asked him how long it took him to acheive this weight. He said ten years in prison!

This guy was getting it on big time. He's easily the strongest guy I've ever seen at my Timesquare Gym. He said he's gonna start training there? It will be good for motivation. Both for strength and to be a good boy with the law.

All jokes aside I know someone like this as well. He's still incarcerated though.he got out a few years ago for a very short time.some guys I know that lift at the local YMCA seen him in there benching 495 for reps.but he's a looser back in prison now.you should get video of this prison behemoth.

Cheftim, you seem like a nice guy so I wanted to give you a heads up. I read your website and the bio section is absolutely atrocious grammar wise. You put question marks up everywhere, even where they don't belong. You should really have someone proofread it for you, because it makes you look like a retard. No flame, just trying to help. Do you have another link to it, I want to reread it, I was just amazed at how no one told you how bad it was written.

Thank you for the criticism. Most people can't handle it. But I love it because it makes me a better person. Sounds gay but it's true. We don't see ourselves for what we really are. I dropped out of school at 14. I'm the most uneducated Joe Schmuck you'll ever meet. Never read a book in my life. Only cook books. I am who I am. Thats whats going to sell. My cooking show is'nt going to promote me as a superstar. It's going to promote me as me. An average guy cooking food. The real World. My web designer just returned to NY. I'll post the link when we've tuned it up.

More power to you man, you found something that you are good at and are making a great living. The grammar just really stuck out so I thought I would say something, which is not to say I am some literary genius. Keep doing your thing.

He seemed very diciplined as well. Well spoken. He said he was just under 200#'s. Couldn't tell he had a loose sweat suit on. Man I tell you he had full contol of that bar. Really impressive strength. Gym was full and everyone was paying attention to him. Ten years of prison. I'll stick to my 225 and call it a day.
bullshit, hahahaha, a guy under 200 pounds just casually repping 500 on the bench for 7 reps. ::)

haha -- that's getbig for you -- defying the laws of the real world -- these tiny tits don't realize how heavy 500 pounds is
Ronnie Coleman could only do it for a couple of half ass reps.

and this guy is natural -- right out of prison -- oh brother.  ::)
hahaha, seems like it's always followed by, "it's possible, maybe if you actually trained instead of sitting on the computer eating pizza you'd see that there are thousands of guys under 150 pounds benching 700 raw for reps and squatting 1,000 for reps, shit there's 26 guys in my gym who do it and i don't even consider them to be strong"
Title: Re: Prison strength
Post by: QuakerOats on February 02, 2009, 12:41:38 PM
haha -- I should really get out more then -- the best I have seen is 400 for 3 reps in my gym by the steroid monsters.
their little brain can not get the fact that the human muscles/tendons/bones can only handle so much weight even on steroids.

and don't forget the "my cousin is bigger than Jay Cutler -- and he doesn't even workout" haha
hahaha, you have to remember who this is coming from, "cheftim", the guy who claims he got a 35,000 dollar Christmas bonus and asked out Angelina Jolie at the grocery store. ::)

Yes, with that type of strength achievement he had to have been practicing urine therapy while in prison and out. If you drink your own urine as a natural bodybuilder, you will supply your body with the ingredients it needs in order to generate the processes to produce the muscle and strength you are demanding from it.

Take the piss to promote maximum strength increases and lean muscular growth.

Yes, surely you still are as well?

By the half gallons or a little less. It benefits me in every aspect of life and the benefits continue to escalate.

I'm never going to quit; I'm better than ever and this shit is getting riled.

Newbies and people who themselves don't lift "heavy" often remember wrong, count the plates wrong, mistake a spotted bench for a true lift etc. Case in point: the other day a guy told me that he saw some guy rep 550lbs in this one gym I have trained at. I know for a fact that the strongest guy there benches a little under 400lbs for a single. So whatever he saw wasn't what he thought he saw. He also said he saw numerous other guys there bench "only" 450lbs.

Recently this old skinny man told me he could bench 330lbs.

Me: Wow! Really?! 330lbs on the bench press?

Him: yes, 330lbs on the seated bench press.

Don't bother as the guy you described does not exist.  Just STFU with your lies.  You know you could have a least said something remotely believable.  Most likely in you mind you believe your stupid lie is believable because I seriously doubt you even lift weights.

I would have believe you asked out A. Jolie over this crap.  Of course, neither one happened.

I think that you over estimate how much muscle you have and you under estimate how much fat you have.  Maybe at 265 you can get a few reps with 315 on an incline bench.

Now on the other hand cheftim is a HUGH lier.  I think everyone knows someone like Cheftim, they lie so much they accually start to believe their own lies.  The problem is that people like Cheftim accually think that people believe their BS but the reality is that everyone is laughin their ass off at them.

He kept climbing higher and higher. Next set 4 plates for 9. Then 5 plates for 7. Again I didn't touch the bar at all. I asked him how long it took him to acheive this weight. He said ten years in prison!
Get your phone and make a youtube - that will put this debate to rest. I have seen people move heavy weight around though. Guy on my football team who is about 230-250lb did 530lb for a very quick powerful single like it was 135lb but left it at just one. But be carefull after a 10yr bid your butthole might look good to him and it sounds like he's strong enough to hold you down with one hand  and run up in you don't get to friendly he might take it the wrong way ;)

You gym is nothing compared to a prison.  They have the strongest men in the world, benching 8 plates per side is a warm up for these beasts.  Just ask Cheftim, he'll tell ya

Maybe cheftim actually ran into Ronnie Coleman at Metroflex and Ronnie decided to screw with him.  The only problem with this theory is that Ronnie is around 300lbs and the guy Cheftim saw is only around 200lbs.

I never asked Angelina Jolie out. I tried chatting her up waiting to buy fish. She blew me off. www.felicitawest.com. The stars charter these boats for vacations. They do wear underwear. And they do need to be washed. I was in the right place at the right time.

LMAO!  HAHA.  Why would you try to chat up Angelina Jolie?  I mean she gets schmoes "chatting" her up everywhere, all the time.  That's the last thing she'd want.  Think about it.

MM you and Cheftim should get together.  The only problem is there would evenually be a fight, both of you would try to out do the other's lies.  Two extreme liers cannot be in the same place to long because they are both attention whores.

So Big L Dawg, do you believe cheftim is telling the truth?  The reason people call BS is because the guy that Cheftim described would be the one of the best (most likely the best) benchers in the world pound for pound.  Give me a F@ckin break, if you don't know this then you should not be posting.

I believe Meso78's claim of 15 reps with 315lbs on the bench press.  Meso is around 200lbs, he even gets called out for BS all the time so I hear what your saying, BUT a 200lb man doing 495 7 times is twighlight zone stuff and should be called out for what it is.

405 for 20 is an average bench for someone with any size and strength.  I see guys in my gym throwing it up all the time.  We have a 405 contest every friday night.  About 5 or 6 of us, mostly high schoolers, throw it up a few times then head over to Chilis for some brewskis and nachos.  Not a big deal.  500+ is above average territory for benching these days.  Guys are just fucking strong as hell nowadays.  Between supplements, roids, dedication and discipline 405 is like 225 30 years ago.  Just a lot of built fucking dudes walking around in most gyms these days.  I'm talking brick shit house, fucking diesel, train wrecked motherfuckers at my gym.  Aint no pussies like QuakerFarts who think anything close to 400 is unreal.  Especially at 200-250lbs.  One dude at my gym I shit you not is carrying 21 inch arms at 250lbs at 5'5 tall.  Dude has a 57 inch chest easily.  He's ex track star from a local community college or some shit, I think he can still run a 4.7 in the 40 on weekends.  He was throwing up 405 all night for hours.  That's his chest workout.  I can't imagine how many hours he spends squatting.  Ridiculous I tell you some of the fuckers in my gym.  We've got this one mongoloid fucker we call tin can.  He's the biggest guy at the local elementary school.  He hasn't even hit puberty yet but he benched a clean 225 with a 6-0-25 tempo.  Prison strength aint shit compared to retard strength.

Jesse Marunde squatted 405 for 20 but couldnt bench it for that so he d be a weakling at your gym

Exactly.  We've got 18 years olds benching 385 lbs with static negatives of 25 seconds on the eccentric portion of the lift.  Most of our guys are deadlifting in the high 8's using Schitkowsky's parallel power program.
