im doign low carbs durign the day and high carbs during the workout... this works very well for me...
anyway.... two days a week im at school all day.... so i have to bring food with me... in the morning i make a big bowl of this shake then pour it into two shaker cups...
jar of peanut butter
few seconds of safflower oil pouring
10 scoops of whey
5 eggs
splenda
cinnamon
mix together by hand with a fork..... add in water to desired consistancy.... then sip thorughout the day...

more fats...almost entirely monounstaurated, and highly inflammatory.... very good for growing muscle..

im guessing that that would be to many calories for you to take in.. well for me, it seems to work just fine. ive got another day of school ahead of me. gonna be about 8 hours today with no food...so this shake is what keeps me growing during that time.

nope, i do cardio post workout most days, plus i rarely if even cheat.
and that shake wasnt one meal, its what i bring to school with me ...and that last me from 11 to 6....its not really much at all compared to what id normally eat
