im doing this right now. 1 package of sharp cheddar cheese8 servings =900 calories. on one huge package of turnip greans (16 oz) thats 5 servings.. must put a half cup of whole milk to have a nice smooth cheese sauce
in one serving of the turnip greens
vitamin a=200%
vitamin c= 90%

(http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y256/honigga/Picture75.jpg) leaner and weaker but face look better but probably NOT eating enough greens here for MORE energy. would be nice to have the right balance between these two looks.
goals:
1 to have better face than both pics
2 be leaner and more ripped
3 stare in the FATE of adversity

the song goes into depth about things, im sure they enjoyed making this song but not a great song imo, or i could be wrong, follow the light

today i felt fantastic off of greens and cheese
tonite i have a whole milk blended with a frozen banana !!
i feel dry because i havent had much sleep
but the turnip greens and cheese make me feel repaired because of the green reptilian ancient natural vitamins

actually your wrong, i came to the point where i HAD to eat veggies with cheese, seems to heal the body rather than inflame like sugars or protien powder that you dont enjoy . mozerrella, some whole milk, and some cheddar cheese melted
