hahahahahahahaha
talking about it everyday ?
its not that big of a deal
do whichever one you like... milk has more calories and a bit more protein and makes it a bt better 'tasting'... if dieting water is probably better only because less carbs and calories..

well,, depends on what time your taking it, if its your post workout shake have with with water mixed with 15 gms of dextrose for better absorbtion or having with skim milk as a meal subsitute , depends

yeah everyday day in the gym just to fuck with him cause he gets all pumped up and on a platform preaching. he said something about taking it with water for more cut look sense something about no fat to make your skin thick. Right now i have 8 pounds of gains and held it for 2 weeks so far.

The lactose may make you hold more water giving that "thick skin" look. If trying to stay as cut as possible use water. If its not an issue and you can digest dairy than go for milk. Either way works.

There's no way that this small calorie difference between water and milk makes you "cut" or not.... He just has a lower body fat percentage. This comes down to the basic principle of more calories in = more mass but gaining a little fat when bulking. Milk heeds for a slower absorbtion rate but not enough to make a difference.

If you're not cutting I'd go with milk. Tastes better and makes the shake thicker.
