Josh Gross at SI.com gets Georges St. Pierre's thoughts on the BJ Penn camp moving forward on greasing complaint to the NSAC:
"I just can't believe it. I don't know. I'm just surprised. I'm not a cheater. What happened is my trainer, my Muay Thai coach, he put Vaseline on my face and then put his hand on my chest and back. But that's a technique we use for breathing. It's good. It's used in Muay Thai. I use it in many of my fights. If you look at my previous fights, it's not the first time he does that. Then B.J. said he put Vaseline and rubbed my back. Anyway, I think it's an excuse. I have nothing to hide. I'm not even afraid to go into court and fight that.
When I lose, I always try to figure out why I lose. But the problem with B.J., he tries to figure out why he loses, but he doesn't focus on himself. He focuses on the other person. When I lost the fight I focused on what I did wrong. I didn't focus on what I cannot change. B.J., instead of focusing on things he can change to make himself better, he tries to focus on things he doesn't have any control over, and tries to find some excuse that it's not up to him. It's really an excuse. He should focus on things that he can change about himself in the fight to make himself better. That would be a better approach for him..."

GSP is 100% correct. I think BJ doesn't realized he's seriously damaging his image by doing this. Heck, cropcop got his smalls smashed up but took it like a man and didn't hide behind lawyers backs or lawsuits.
I thought BJ was pretty cool before the latest fight, but now I think he's pretty pathetic... he's done.

do we even know that B.J. made the accusations and not just his trainer ?
just because it came from his camp doesn't necessarily mean that he actually said it...

the real question here is has bj ever made excuses before when he lost fights?i cant remember anytime he did.bj always says something like i fought like shit and lost.whats strange is when he was going to fight jens the second time jens was talking mad shit,saying im coming to hurt bj real bad and i hate his guts,people didnt say nothing towards jens.after the fight bj walked over to jens and hugged him and squashed the rivalry and even invited jens to come train in hawia with penns camp,that showed great class imo.bj couldve just blew jens off and acted like a dick but he didnt,he showed maturity and class.thats part of the reason i liked bj cause of his down to earth attitude toward the fans and stuff,thats why i was so dissapointed in his pre fight trash talking this last fight.i couldnt believe that (im going to try and kill you gsp)crap,that was totally out of line and made tito,s trash talking seem like a sunday school sermon.im hopin bj humbles himself abit,hes still a great champion imo and will make it into the ufc hall of fame,gsp will prolly be the most dominant champ the ufc has ever seen imo.the scary thing is gsp keeps getting better and better every fight and hes a helluva nice guy to talk to,he was prolly the nicest guy ive ever met to be honest
