Title: Vince's Fitness in Australia
Post by: The Luke on February 06, 2009, 02:07:45 PM
Vince,

What's the address of your gym in Sydney?

I'm visiting Oz (brothers wedding, and maybe some Yowie research), and would very much like to train at your gym if I'm in or around Sydney (will be based out of Adelaide at first).

...just more blurry Blobsquatches.

The technology has advanced so now there is some non-descript thermal camera footage, but that just proves a naked guy with long arms is running around in the snow. That hasn't been made public (yet).

The partial DNA evidence (the Snelgrove Cabin sample) is only 300 bases long, far too degraded to prove anything (although it seems to be "unknown primate").

But outside of that, we have:
2003 ...monster muscle-bound chimp found in the Congo (The "Bili Ape" or "Bondo Mystery Ape")
2003 ...hobbit-like skeletons found on Flores Island (Homo Floresiensis), some only 13,000 years old
2007 ...more hobbit-like skeletons found on Palau Island ("The Palau Tribe"), these are only 600 years old

Add to this a re-examination of the two fossilized jawbones of Gigantopithecus Blacki (Black's Giant Ape) which concluded the Giganto (supposedly extinct for the last 100,000 years) was indeed a generalized omnivore, not the bamboo munching herbivore previously assumed, and despite it's enormous size (8 to 12 feet tall) it seems to have been a hominid variant (bipedal) NOT a knuckle walker.

Seems we have a candidate in the fossil record.

Wish me luck searching for the Australian "Yowie" (Bigfoot).

Have you ever come across or studied the theory / hypothesis on antediluvian civilizations that had races of giants among them?

...yes, but that subject (which has some merit) has become the market place of catch-penny authors who previously spun their fantasies around the UFO mania.

Lost continent of Lemuria...? Bullshit.

Lost continent of Mu...? Bullshit.

Races of giants...? Bullshit.

Nibiru...? Bullshit.

Annunaki aliens...? Bullshit.

Atlantis...? Well, actually that was found in the early 90s by an amateur cartographer.

So you see the problem?
Serious esoteric topics (Atlantis) which should be researched properly are drowned by the tidal wave of "woo-woo" bullshit spewed by fantasists and New-Age weirdos.

Just look at JohhnyFalcon's shite polluting this board.

So The Luke are you a crypto-zoologist or something?  I live in the Pacific Northwest and spend a lot of time in secluded places in the mountains, thus I am very interested in Bigfoot.  Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone know which city Vince's gym is in...?

The directions on the website are pretty ambiguous: nowhere on the site does it mention which city it's in, just street addresses... and my GoogleEarth is on the fritz.

It's Sydney right?

Suburbs, I think. PM Webke or one of the other Aussie bros for a GPS location. Not gonna find a lot of exo-biology down under unless you drink like they do, I figure.  :D
