Met Rory many times and had many conversations with him and Joe Valdez around the time that Rory was trying to test the acting profession. Talked training, diet and Jason Mathis with him quite a bit. At the time he was off the gear and doing the "100's" routine.
But I have always wondered about his steroid usage. Was it moderate of high for that time?

at my peak I did both--I loved to lift heavy, loved it. I wont go back to that, but I have been working very hard. I have lost a bunch of weight, hitting the tanning booth and trying hard to look better and feel better. I have a long way to go but it is slowly happening.

Even though we really never dicussed HIS gear use up until fairly recently (within the last couple of years and didn't discuss dosages) he did mention it was high.

you can't really understand the amount of true genetic freaks and giants there are until you see a real Div. 1 powerhouse or better yet an NFL locker room and see the size of these giants, the REAL genetic freaks are in NFL and Div. 1 college football.

they're ridiculous, these kids break their backs and risk injury for these schools and bring in millions of $$$ and can't even accept a damn suit or steak dinner from a coach or alumni, fuccking assholes.

true, I went to Rutgers U, dont know if they are a good team, but the football players were fucking enourmous, I couldnt believe my eyes, these guys are 18 and the size of houses....they got laid all the time too. So I can imagine how much bigger they are in better schools.

actually Rutgers is a major Div. 1 player, major Big East team which is one of the big BCS conferences.

thats cool, I never followed the team sports...the athletes got such star treatment and all the attention from girls and everyone, never did an ounce of homework...I couldn't see the point of going on Sunday's and worshiping them. My brother was only 5' 6 but somehow got housed with all the football players...It was funny cause he had them wrapped around his finger cause he was really smart. They followed him around like chickens..big chickens that is. ;D

quaker...no.. all ironagers are full of shit.. i hate to say it.. but even don horwath was interviewed and said they took 5-10 mgs of dbol a day max.. we all know it is b.s. but rory at one time said he tookk very minimal amounts.. then he has this interview on md and the dosages are much higher.. i would even venture to say that he is under estimating them in that interview also..

I think you mean Don HOWORTH, anyway do you really think Rory or anyone in their right mind is going to say the doses they really took? FYI, Rory and Howorth were two different times in bodybuilding history.
