Haidar had the best for his body and Ray had the best for his. I think Haidar's protruded a bit too much.

Every single time Ahmad Haider is about to enter the stage the commentator ALWAYS MENTIONS HIS DAMN ABS I dont see the hype.

why??.. mike matarazo was not a top pro. but he had one of the best calves ever!!.. same with demayo and his quads or clairmont and his biceps..

can u mention names??.. wht u r saying can b said abt shawn ray's abs but ahmed does have outstanding abs!!
