Title: NPC Women's Check-in for various Linsday contests

NPC womens (all divisions) check-ins for these three shows in 2009:

May - NPC California
July - NPC Los Angeles Championships
December - NPC Excalibur

Will be on Friday 6:30pm at event hotel Radisson West Side. 

No women late entries on Saturday.

Saturday at 8am is Men's check-ins 8am at Vets Auditorium

Pro's for IFBB California are Saturday morning at 9am at Vets

As a reminder, check-ins for NPC figure and bikini divisions will be at 6:30pm on Friday at Radisson West Side (event hotel) for the following events in 2009

Cal
LA
Excalibur

There are no check-ins for NPC figure or bikini on Saturday morning. No exceptions
