Fools like Wolf have zero clue about low carbs because he grow up in the era of Inslin...Wolf couldn't possibly understand what its like to take in less then 10G's of carbs while booting slin 2 to 3 times a day...

That's repulsive because they would always be promoting low carb atkins type diets on the cover to help sell magazines.  Now they are against it, they lose credibility in my book.

Right.

But,I think you can do zero carb.
But you have to carb load with very moderate amount and take more than 2 weeks, instead of 3 days.

People like that homo Steve Blechman can bitch all they want but Palumbo has 'talked the talk' and 'walked the walk' so to speak.
He's contest adviced naturals and juiced competitors and has the physique to back it up

that's because he would go into shock and die with that few carbs on slin.

I don't think zero carb offers much 'metabolic magic' when dieting for a show, or just for losing bodyfat.

Whatever you think about Palumbo's methods, it's not very science based (if that's the way you want to discuss the issue). Same with the Milos 'carbs are the holy grail' approach, on the other hand.

I only read a few posts on the 'carb war threads' but thought Blechman seemed well read.
