hmmm well.. you can make yor own at home... but as far as commercially available protein bars... not sure theres really a low crab one out there... the "zero impact" bar from VPX has 30 g carbs in it... but the are very low glycemic carbs and stuffed into a bunch of fat and protein... so, like the title suggests, theres very little impact on blood sugar and insulin levels.
