not really, it's all about total calories at the end of the day although i wouldn't rely on all chocolate for all my carbs.

My method of dieting is do more cardio, eat the same ;D

i am def gonna start.
I bough 1kg of oats yesterday and had 3 serving so far lil over a third empty.
My mind is not in training atm with my pec/armpit twinge/injury.
But with my back etc all fine once i can train chest hard and back hard and enjoy it i hope to put on lots of weight

Anyway, my fave is the regular old oatmeal, the long cook type. 2nd choice would be Cream of Rice in the orange & white box. Cheers!

Go by what makes ya feel better. Oats keeps the plumbing good though. I would vote oats over bread and chocolate if your really serious about diet. My opinion

nutrients absorb better that way. Oats also reduce cholesterol, so the label says.
I've eaten it for the past year or so and it always does my workouts good.
