Title: Not training legs to have energy for standing/partying and working

and only working back for me is the key having a proportion and build. my legs feel enough pump at the end of the day from standing with my 260 pound frame alone without much muscle. i made the mistake of training obliques today and they grew  just like that also did 3 sets of back today. i refrain from legs but use my legs to enjoy free time with hoes and energy to make music, at the during middle and end of the day and am so horney i can always bust a nut multiple times from vegetable protien i can buy in bulk bins at the organic store

not even training legs only doing standing for stimulation
only minimal workouts to improve energy in other areas of life eating vegetable protien cereal with milk and soymilk and drink grapejuice for pleasure

I was standing for 9hrs outside in -3 degrees on saturday night. My legs were fecked on sunday. Feet as well

yes the more i stand the more ripped, the key is to keeping self occupied with standing activities like getbig, fucking, working, talking to hoes, hitting on hoes, makeing music, even while getting fucked up its bad to sit

standing is a true mental and physical challenge sometimes

lol! Last minute as ever. Let me know if you plan on heading down. Leaving very early Sat. Prob pick Paul up 0530. I'm used to the early hours now (I've been taking on some night shifts shadowing surgeons and SHOs etc in the Royal this semester). Tony and Laurence may need a lift? They can always jump in someone else's car. If you need a ride let me know. At least you won't be the only spectator. It would be good to have some company.

Hoping to get the back sorted soon. I have a referal for an x-ray in the Mater anytime 9-5. It's a matter (no pun intended!) of finding the time to get there. I plan on reviewing the x-ray myself. lol

Get you'reself a juicer.  Nothin bettter than the fresh stuff before all the vitamins are killed.  I drink fresh orange and fresh apple juice everyday.  If you had a juicerr Falcon, you would be unstoppable.   With some anavar and maybe a little winstrol.
