Hey guys I'm about 3 weeks out from a show and about 5% bf. I'm taking gear up until the day of the show and was thinking about taking some clen and t3.
2 questions.
1. Do you think I should bother with the clen and t3, my bf is really low now, but I would like to have striations on my ass and quads you know, so I was thinking maybe clen and t3 would give me the boost to get there, but I don't want to lose really any muscle at this point , so do you think it is worth it or should I just try and cut my carbs a tad lower in my diet?
2. If I did take clen and t3 would I get any effects from taking only 40-60 mcg of clen per day and 25-50 mcg of t3 per day? I was thinking if I did take it I would like to take as little as I possibly needed to in order to get an effect, just that little extra boost to get me to perfection. I know your supposed to pyramid t3 up to like 125 mcg and down and clen u can take up to 100 or 120 mcg a day but that seems a bit excessive.
Please if you have any experience in this area or helpful information, please post it

How well your last week turns out will make the biggest difference with striations and all that, such as your deletions and loadings. Being dry as a bone will be huge and will make things stand out a lot more.
If you are as you say at a really low body fat already, the degree of your striations at this point is going to have a lot to do with your muscle maturity; i.e. how well that muscle is ingrained in you.
If you are already in the mid to low 4% range with three wks to go, you probably don't need the clen or t-3. You just need to coast and plan out your final week perfectly.
Yes you could use it, and at a low dose as you mentioned...if you get into the mid 3% range it will make a difference, but like I said, that final week is what's most important.
Whatever you do, don't destroy yourself these last few weeks by dropping your calories too much just to get more striations. If you're already really low bf, simply coast and focus on that last week.

Sounds good, Well right now I'm at about 30-35 carbs per meal, next week ill move to 28-30, last week around 20-30, doing an hour of cardio a day if need to will do extra....
I am going to take t3 at 1 pill 25 mcg a day maybe move it too 2 after 10 days and then run clen at 2 pills a day at 20 mcg a pill.
Like you said the last part is getting dry and carb loading. I got diuretics on hand so that shouldnt be a problem, it's just even tho the bf is low with the water retaining at the moment can't tell wats fat and wats water if I could lose more or not... such a mind game and I want to get 1st so I don't want to come in smooth or not cut enough thats for sure

I would go for the clen, but watch out for the T3 making you flat and lethargic.

Why don't you get your body fat tested just for peace of mind?

Dial it in and see if a moderate dosage of both helps.
Don't go crazy because your BF is already low as it is.
You don't want to cramp on-stage. :P

it would be cool if you kept us updated how your prep is going, maybe posted some shots over the next couple weeks, gave us some details about what your doing your last week and the last few days and on show day... detailed insight into the last weeks of prep is always interesting.
