I was in Dar es Salaam on a project for 8 weeks.
There was a cable machine there that I used a few days a week to train on so I thought it would be ok.
There just was nothing else, I also took 40 MRPs with me and tried to eat meat when I could.
I got home this week, crawled under a bar to do incline bench and to my horror my warm up weights where heavy!!
It is amazing how quickly you loose it and how machine exercises do not really seem to mean much.

just a matter of adaptation, but i have seen some who tend to make up to ther actual poundages in their first very workout, after a small break

Muscle has alot of memory. You will bounce back quickly. ;)

I'm usually quite weak after any layoff of more than 2 weeks. It comes back within a month, so don't worry too much about it.
