Title: Having Surgery Today.
Post by: chainsaw on February 13, 2009, 08:30:37 AM
Orthoscopic Shoulder slap tear surgery.
Reattach bicep to shoulder
My left shoulder and arm are 1/3 smaller
than my right.  Hopefully back in the gym
in 3 months.  Looks funny walking around
with my under armour spandex, and my tapout shirts
with one side bigger than the other. ;D

I'll check in with ya'll later today.
I'm taking dilaudid for the pain.

Chainsaw if you have surgery today, make sure you dont take to many pain killers before you go in, and if you do tell the anesthesiologist .I dont want you slipping into a coma during the operation because you took to many pain killers, and Xanax.
So make sure you tell the anesthesiologist what you taking and how much your taking so they can adjust the dosage of pain medication, and how much anesthesia to give you.If you dont you will wind up inb a coma.Good luck and god bless

FYI--if you really are having a slap tear repaired, you won't be back in the gym for minimum 6 months.  Very long recovery.
