When in doubt, simply start with 1 gram per pound of overall bodyweight for a few weeks and make adjustments as needed.

Agreed, no natural is carrying more than 190-200 lbs of LEAN muscle tissue on this website. Unless they are over six foot of course. That would make them what 210 and absolutely peeled. 400 grams of protein per day ::)
