My god, Bruce Patterson is one strong guy. Serious overhead pressing strength. Obviously the guy is still looking big, even though he fucked himself out of a pro career by doing gay porn.

some schmoe who subscribes to my youtube account has male bbuilding wrestling vids etc.

he also sends me lots of private mail on social networking sites. I simply ignored him thinking he would take hint. he sends then all the time lol

Exactly. I usually start with a 120 lb gay man and end my set lifting a 300 lb leather bear.

Pretty standard stuff at my gym.
