Title: bad start

i quit training over christmas and only started back the other day, i decided to trained 2 sets on every part of my body as a kick start. i thew up at the end and pissed blood for two days nice and healthy!

Throwing up i can understand.....but pissing blood seems a bit extreme... :-\

go see the doc.I'v trained till I puked and passed out.but you should get the blood in the piss checked out.
