If you're training legs it must mean you're pretty obssessed with the "bodybuilding lifestyle" and simply have nothing else going for you.
Real men don't waste their time doing silly exercises (squats and lunges) training useless bodyparts. I mean seriously, what the fuck for?

Legs need to be well developed, so does upper body. A lot of people with good upper bodies wish they had the legs of some genetically gifted individuals but claim legs don't need to be trained. It's the same as how guys with massive legs but poor upper bodies always wear shorts and point out their calves. Train both my fellow getbiggers.

Honestly I never train legs. I naturally have pretty big legs and if anything i'd prefer to lean them out some so I only do sprints and running for them. I'd prefer to have more athletic looking legs rather than huge ass wheels that only bodybuilders appreciate. Also my dad, uncle, granddad, and younger brother all have hernias so that is reason enough to stay away. I do do deadlifts, but only because I love the way it works my entire back.

Just ball to the wall hard squat.
Heavy squat scares me. But, its not hard.
Real hard squat is the squat to the failure more than 20 reps 5 sets around.
So, you dont get injured like JP Fux.
Fortunately, I train my legs with Paco and Paco train very hard but dont train heavy like Ronnie anymore.
He does 180kg(4plates each side) with 20 reps full range and squeeze at the top.
If you train properly and hard, you dont need to lift that much.

And sometime starting slow and hard squeeze and faster graudaly.
When I am really exhausted and look like i cant accomplish, i go fast.
Last week squat kg
30reps with 110kg
25reps with 120kg
20reps with 120kg
15reps with 100kg

The thing that sucks about training legs is it can be hard to find pants that fit. When I used to squat heavy my waist was 32" but due to my thighs I had to wear 38"/40" wide leg pants. That and the fact that my ass got huge for a white man was enough to make me say fuck that!

Exactly. This is what I tried to explain to him earlier. Anyone that has been training for years has learned this valuable lesson. Especially those who hit upper body plateaus, then start training their lower body for the first time.

I've said it before....unless you are genetically blessed, it takes hard work, dedication, will power, determination to build yourself a set of legs you can be proud of.
