Oh and this is bodybuilding related because now that Johnny knows he will live past 2012 and nibiru isn't coming, he can concentrate back on bodybuilding again and rehabilitate his physique to unforseen levels of greatness.  How should he proceed in his training and diet now that he knows he has his whole life ahead of him on earth?
