There is no set rule. Are your glutes in? If not then change some things around.

Well if you are dieting correctly then 2 months is more then enough time to lose 15 pounds without cardio.

If you are 15 pounds and 2 months away from show time, I would start doing 2-a-day cardio sessions now, while keeping your diet the same.

What type of cardio,how many days per week,and duration of each session?
How many days training,and what type of routine are you following?
How much water intake daily?
Are you still losing bodyfat?
Too many variables for there to be a cut and dried answer.

have u competed before,,, just couriois of how u came to the assumption that u only need to loose 15lbs?.... as far as competing goes you need to do whatever is needed to get your condition, if that means u end up doin 3 sessions a day towards the end, so be it...
