It's kinda stupid, But the "stomping" part is hilarious, anyone who has seen Layne's videos will recognise his famous "psych" up before each lift

not sure, i never heard of the guy except ppl post his youtube meltdowns from the gym. Dudes seems crazy stupid. Lifts really heavy weight and injured himself already, kinda like some other forums Adonis except he power lifts lol.

No they had a "Layne norton mad stomp" competition, search for it, there is a few more, that one was the funniest by FAR though.
