I only inject into gluts and shoulder. I get these lump/knots where I inject and it does go away if I avoid that site but is that something that I should be concerned with or what can I do so I don't get them. I try and rub the hell out of the spots but it doesn't go away.

It is definitely something to be concerned with. You need to rotate injection sites more often. Otherwise you could be setting yourself up for an oil abcess. Too much oil in one spot is not a good thing, the muscle needs time to dissipate the oil.

Thank you 4thAD I never knew that there was a thing called oil abcess.

oil abcess, or sterile abcess. The body will wall off what it thinks it is an infection and then your in trouble the oil has no way to dissipate.

Scar tissue makes injections more difficult over time.
Start rotating site injections as 4thAD said.
You want your muscle tissue to be smooth and pliable, not stiff and lumpy.
Deep tissue massage helps.

Deep tissue massages will help keep the scar tissue broken up. I've only had a few small issues with it but regular massages keep it to a minimum.

I usually get sports massage with alot of stretching, the deep tissue can sometimes kill me.
I almost feel like I need to take a valium before I go in there.
