Justin TV is the tool used for these 24/7 broadcasts, and they are pretty fun to look at sometimes if you are bored.

Neil Hill (who preps Flex Lewis) is working with Mike. He was military pressing 315 and was punching out strict side raises for 15reps with 75Ibs.

Mike is real short, 250 seems a little high

Actually..... I recently lowered it... it used to be 280lbs but nobody spoke to me! :P
