You can "grow" eating anything really. But what you'll look like is determined but what your eating.

Hehe, the only benefit one would get from a keto bulk would be better skin complexion and a more lethargic temperament!

I may be different but I get pissed off when doing a keto diet. And skin breaks out a lot. The increased fat intake causes my test levels to go up quite a bit lol. I actually lean up just fine eating white rice and potatoes during cutting though
