405 on the incline bp for a couple of (half) reps is very good (2 weeks out of the AC)

hahahahaa, he was at his limit there whether it was offseason of pre contest, are you trying to see he wasn't juiced to the gills in that video? i stand by what i say, he'd get MAX 550 for a single which is still incredible.

I'm suggesting that Dobson doesn't feel confident in his masculinity sitting there in his large size tshirt when he should be wearing an extra large so he turns himself so his arm faces the camera and pulls up his sleeve a little to prove to all the haters that he knows what he's talking about when he's insulting the training gurus. And he does this with a serious face, thinking nobody will notice. I find that hilarious. :D

Hmmm - those benches from Levrone look a bit suspect to me. I wonder if some of those plates were fake. Watch closely, especially just as he racks the weight after the lift. With a weight that heavy you don't normally rack it back that easily.

yeah, he was definitely able to complete his 3rd rep alone but his spotted touched it at the end. I have to say his reps on 405 inclines were damn impressive. On the side note, ronnie's reps on 495 wasn't that great..... but he is still stronger. Other than ronnie and kevin, i dun know if another bber is that strong on the bench...... at least with video proof...

QuakerOats: What do you think of Branch Warren. He did a couple of "reps" 2 weeks out on the incline with 405. Do you think that's good? Do you think that branch off seizoen is strong?
