at least we can agree on some things ;D

you can tell the cop, the reporter, and the witnesses all want to laugh.
-
He didn't deserve to die for spray painting a sign. Not funny.

he got exactly what he deserved for climbing up on and trying tag a sign, idiocy leads to these types of results.

No. Painting a sign means he deserves maybe a fine or something like that. Not falling to his death and getting run over by a truck.
He had this coming, but he didn't "deserve" it.

You could say he got what was coming to him...

LOL. That took me a few seconds, but... good one! ;D
Lissen, I agree with liberalisimo, he didn't "deserve" to die and his death was certainly needless and tragic, I don't think anyone would seriously dispute that.
But that being said--he took his life in his hands and he experienced the consequences. I'm all about not protecting people from the natural consequences of one's actions--at least not adults who are old enough (and presumably smart enough) to know better.
If that dude could talk right now, would he say that tagging a freeway sign was worth risking his life for?

Police released a picture of the tagger.

exactly idiocy leads to this type of result from time to time

he's the idiot, not us. Clear Darwin Award.
-
Stupid, iresponsible, and unecessary risk with an inevitable result.
Sad, tragic, and unecessary loss of life. Hardly funny...simply a waste. I'll bet his Mom isn't laughing tonight. :'(

live by the sword die by the sword. He made his choice. It was somehow important for him to tag a sign with a big fall and moving traffic below him.

Then he should have died from inhaling paint fumes. for crying out loud hugo, ...let's get some perspective.
He wasn't running out there murdering people. You're beginning to sound ...like a spiteful Republican ;) :P

really? He could have killed someone falling, caused a crash. He could have distracted a driver, dropped a can on a winshield, caused a crash even if he didn't fall. He took his chances for a pointless act and if he's that stupid, he's a deserving Darwin Award winner. I'm just glad he didn't get anybody else killed. Besides, they need new material for 1000 ways to die I don't want to see anybody innocent die, but dude did it to himself and he put himself at risk for vandalism?... Sorry, can't feel sorry for him.

OK, ...on this we can agree.
But still... the man is dead. I just don't think that's something to laugh about. :-\
-
Think of it as happiness that he won't go on to ruin someone's life. This level of stupidity illustrates a strong potential that he would have only gone on to be someone's missery. Would I want someone to die for tagging a sign, well hell no. Do I think it's funny that someone dies in an epic show of stupidity. a little bit, sorry ;D
exactly and on top of that you ppl on here really want this guy sticking around and breading?

Does that involve egg batter? And would it be baked, or deep-fried? ???

lot's of people die doing dumb things.
He certainly didn't deserve to die but I don't have much sympathy for him either
