Just been practising in my house, i got up a few times :) first time i'v tried since i was like 12 lol. Not bad for a guy who weighs around 215-230 at 6ft.2(booom)
can anyone here do these gymnastic movements?

handstands and kickups, kickups took a while do learn thought, and It wasnt fun to learn lol.

Rest your knees on your elbows and extend them. They are very easy to do.

I have a few at the other computer, I was doing handstands in a train because we was bored ass hell, turned out to be quite fun lol.

Hand balancing is one of those things that seems to have died out among weightlifters, much like the old "muscle control" acts. That really is too bad, as many of the old hand balancing acts are really quite eye catching.
