No shit. Back and Legs are my toughest days. I'm absolutely drained after each workout.

probably possible if you were on all the bodybuilding drugs on the market but naturals need 3 days to recover a muscle.

Grow some balls and take a carb drink halfway through, training legs dosen't weaken your back and vice versa unless you do deadlifts.

My back would be fucked after deadlifts, stiff legged deadlifts, squats, front squats, lunges, wow I can feel the pain in my lower back thinking about it

Here is a better one:
Monday - Chest
Tuesday - OFF
Weds- Bi's and Tri's
Thurs- Hang out at front desk, talk about chest day.
Friday- Chest
Sat- Hang out in free-weight area, talk about chest day.
Sunday- OFF
The 3rd Weds of every other month is "leg day."

i think that would look much better if you doubled it,,, trained legs,back n bi's in the am.... chest, shoulders, tris in the pm....
if your realy hardcore and eat 1000g of protein youl succeed to be the greatest
